Deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical error.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. aaaopen reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity,bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. aaaopen will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Players must use the aaaopen platform for personal entertainment only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any game or platform feature; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software errors or glitches rather than reporting them; using the platform for any unlawful purpose including money laundering or fraud; and creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim benefits more than once. aaaopen monitors platform activity and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, with or without prior notice.
Each game available on aaaopen is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the result recorded on aaaopen's servers, the server record shall be the definitive result. aaaopen is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Technical malfunctions that affect the outcome of a game will be investigated, and aaaopen reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes at its sole discretion. Results of completed and settled rounds are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified system error.
